32. Puerto Rican Refugees, Tewksbury

Since December of 2017, Dagmar Rivera, 42, a citizen of Puerto Rico, sits in temporary housing at a hotel in Tewksbury after Hurricane Maria struck the island in September as a category 4 hurricane and is regarded as the worst natural disaster on record to affect the Caribbean. Rivera, who has long term health problems, will have housing until the end of June when Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) funding expires. SUN/Scot Langdon
